The dress material is thick and stretchy. It feels high-quality and is comfortable to wear! I would probably wear it as a cute and sporty outfit out and about instead of wearing it to workout or play tennis in because of how thick the fabric is.

Unfortunately, the dress is much too short for me and my butt almost hangs out the back (even with the built-in shorts). For reference, I am 5'10 and usually a size medium below and small up top. I purchased a size small, and while it does fit my waist and bust nicely, it is much too short and hugs my hips more than I would like. I would suggest staying true to size and not getting this if you are on the taller side or have a long torso. If only it were only a little longer, I would be obsessed with it.

As a petite, middle-aged Asian woman who enjoys sports and staying active, I’ve often found that Western athletic wear doesn’t quite suit my preferences in terms of design or fit. But ever since I bought the white yoga pants and sports bra from this brand, I’ve been completely drawn to their quality and design.

While looking for something I could wear both casually and for playing sports, this knit dress immediately caught my eye—especially in this soft, nostalgic shade of pale yellow, a color I hadn’t worn in years because it’s so hard to find in flattering styles.

When it arrived, I couldn’t wait to try it on, and it fit perfectly. The material was so comfortable, I didn’t want to take it off. Even my daughters wanted to try it on themselves!

The only downside is that it’s a little on the heavier side, but overall, I’d still give it a solid 8 out of 10. I’m planning to get it in black or blue next!
