3. How long does shipping take?
Below is a rough guide on the shipping timeframes for each service. Please note, due to the increased amount of parcels that freight companies receive during this time, your package may be delayed by an additional 3-5 business days.
US: 6-10 business days
Australia: 6-12 business days
HongKong, Taiwan, Macao: 2-5 business days
Singapore, New Zealand, AE: 4-7 business days
Europe Countries: 5-10 business days

4. I am missing some items in my order
We might need to split your order into multiple parcels and have everything in stock shipped first.
If an item you have purchased is out of stock, we will inform you via email and have the remaining of your order dispatched as soon as they have been restocked.
5. I have placed multiple orders, can I combine them?
Yes, if you have placed multiple orders, we will combine these to ship out if your orders have not shipped out.
6. I've never shopped at WISKII before, what size should I go for?
Please feel free to take a look at our size guides or email us and tell your measurements on weight/height/bust/waist/hips, and the items you want to purchase, we will recommend a size for you.
7. I've made a mistake on my order, can I change it?
We’re unable to make any changes to your order once your package had been shipped out from our warehouse, this includes the following:
1. Changing the item or size
2. Delivery/billing address
3. Adding items to your order
4. Shipping method
#Please tell us your order number and which one you need to change or the reason why you want to cancel the order before the package was shipped out, and we will check it for you.
*If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing.
We are not liable to refund/replace this order.
8. Possible shipping delays?
Generally, orders will be fulfilled in 5 days. However, due to exceptional order volumes, orders may take up to 5 days to dispatch. We seriously appreciate your patience during this time!
9. I have more than one discount codes, can I combine them for one order?
Sorry, only one discount code can be used per order. You can choose the best discount code to use.
10. Can I return items from WISKII Black Friday Sale?
Of course! Orders can be returned within 14 days after delivery. We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please follow the return steps for the items you wish to exchange and submit a new order for your new items.
