Shipping updated
We work hard to ensure that orders are processed and dispatched quickly. Please note that shipping times are estimates only and subject to third party services. WISKII cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as delivery delays, customs charges and lost packages.
1. SHIP METHODS
Please allow up to 2-5 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse.
We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.
Economy - Delivery in 8 to 15 Business Days via SF Express, UPS
Express - Delivery in 3 to 5 Business Days via DHL
2. SHIPMENT TRACKING
Easily track your order using the tracking information in your shipment notification email or simply click here.
If your order's tracking link doesn't show any activity or movement for over 5 business days, please contact cc@wiskiiactive.com to investigate.
3.CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We know carrier issues and delays can happen. We find that some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next 4 business days.
After 4 business days, if your order is showing as "Delivered” by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address, please contact cc@wiskiiactive.com for help.
Please note, WISKII is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.
5. SHIPPING PROTECTION
We are pleased to offer shipping protection as an option when placing an order since September 2023. This valuable feature provides an additional layer of security and coverage for your package during transit. By choosing shipping protection, you can enjoy an extra level of confidence, knowing that your items are safeguarded.

- Additional charge will be added for shipping addresses in the following locations: Islands, Argentina, Ukraine, Indonesia, Peru, India, Monaco, Colombia, and Cyprus.
