3 minutes abs exercise

Let's start with the first exercise - reverse crunch variation.Lie on your back with your legs lifted and bent at a 90-degree angle. Place your hands behind your head or on the floor next to your hips. Exhale and lift your hips up towards the ceiling, bringing your knees towards your chest. Inhale and lower your hips down to the starting position. Repeat this movement for 60 seconds, taking breaks as needed.

Next up, we have toe touches.Lie on your back with your legs lifted straight up towards the ceiling. Reach your hands towards your toes, exhaling and lifting your shoulders off the floor. Inhale and lower your shoulders back down. Continue this movement for 60 seconds, taking breaks as needed.

The third exercise is the side plank crunch.Begin in a side plank position, with one hand on the floor and the other hand on your hip or reaching towards the ceiling. Lift your top leg and bring your knee towards your elbow, exhaling as you crunch. Inhale and return to the starting position. Repeat this movement for 30 seconds on each side.
