Worry-Free Purchase is a service provided by Seel. It covers delayed, damaged, and lost items that meet the following criteria.
Delay: Domestic packages not delivered before the 10th day following order fulfillment (i.e., the date when the order is shipped by WISKII) or international packages not delivered before the 30th day following order fulfillment are considered delayed. The compensation for delayed packages is $5 USD.
Damage: Worry-Free Purchase covers item damages to the point that unusable etc. during transit, but does not cover cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.), manufacturing damages, packaging errors, or unsealed items.
- The compensation is the value paid for the purchased item(s)
Loss: Domestic packages not delivered before the 30th day following order fulfillment (i.e., the date when the order is shipped by WISKII) or international packages not delivered before the 60th day following order fulfillment are considered lost.
- The compensation for lost packages is the value paid for the purchased item(s).
Worry-Free Purchase also includes carbon-neutral shipment within the recipient’s country.
Note: Total compensation for one cover is up to the value actually paid for the item(s).
The Worry-Free Purchase is currently available for IP addresses in selected countries at the moment, including USA, Germany, France, Netherlands, the UK, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.
Here's how Worry-Free Purchase works:
1) Opt in for Worry-Free Purchase during checkout.
2) You'll receive an email with coverage details and claim instructions.
3) Report damaged, lost, or delayed packages through the Seel Claim Portal.
4) Seel automatically assesses your claim based on policy guidelines.
5) Approved claims receive a prepaid refund card via email. Denied claims include an explanation.
6) Track your claim status on the "Track Your Order" page.
Step by step guide:
1) Go to the "Track Your Order" page.
2) Enter your order number and email or tracking number.
3) Click "Protected" under the order information.
4) Click "Report an issue".
5) Select your reason and submit.
6) Wait for feedbacks from Seel within 48 hours.
To receive a payout for package issues, you must first report the problem by clicking "Report an Issue" on the Track Your Order page. Seel will review your claim and, if approved, send you a virtual credit card via email.
