WISKII Club Week: Life, Pilates, and Motherhood

Everyone has their own way of finding balance.

For some, it might be through movement. For others, it might be a quiet moment alone, a favorite outfit, or simply finding a little time to reconnect with themselves.

At WISKII, we believe activewear should move with you through every part of your day. From Pilates to everyday life, our pieces are designed to bring together comfort, confidence, and effortless style.

For our WISKII Club Week interview, we spoke with @arabellachi, a Reformer Pilates teacher and mum, about staying active through motherhood, finding time for herself, and the small things that help her feel refreshed and confident.

Her story is a reminder that looking after yourself does not have to mean finding hours in the day. Sometimes, it is about making the most of the time you do have.

Finding Movement Through Motherhood

Q: How have you stayed in shape from modeling to motherhood?

A: So when I get a little bit of time for myself, which isn't very often, I love to do a Pilates flow. I feel like Pilates is what brings me back to myself and makes me feel refreshed.

Life can look very different after becoming a mother. Time for yourself may become limited, but even a short moment of movement can make a meaningful difference.

Pilates offers a way to slow down, reconnect with your body, and create a little space for yourself. It does not have to be about doing the longest or hardest workout. Sometimes, it is simply about finding a flow that helps you feel refreshed and present.

The Little Details That Complete a Look

Q: When you get a little time to yourself, what do you like to do?

A: So my go-to styling trick must have to be adding an accessory. Sometimes I add a cap, some nice earrings, or some sunglasses.

When time is limited, small details can make getting dressed feel effortless.

Adding an accessory is one of the easiest ways to refresh an outfit. A cap, a pair of earrings, or sunglasses can instantly add personality without requiring a complete change of look.

The best styling tricks are often the simplest ones. They help you feel put together while still allowing you to stay comfortable and true to your own style.

Making Space for Yourself

Q: What's your go-to styling trick when you're short on time?

A: It would be to just not put too much pressure on yourself, and just give yourself time. And remember that you matter as a person. As well as looking after, obviously, your baby, you have to make sure that you are okay in yourself.

There is already enough pressure in everyday life, especially when you are caring for someone else. Giving yourself time does not mean you are doing less. It means you are recognizing that your own wellbeing matters too.

Looking after yourself can be as simple as taking a moment to breathe, putting on something that makes you feel good, or allowing yourself not to have everything perfectly figured out.

You deserve care and attention, too.

Her Advice for New Moms

Q: If you could give one piece of advice to new moms, what would it be?

A: Obviously, I haven't always got the time for a long workout since having my daughter. So even if it's just a 50-minute Pilates session, it makes me feel so much better. So I just try to fit it in wherever I can.

A workout does not have to be long to be worthwhile.

Finding time for a 50-minute Pilates session may not always be easy, but fitting movement into your day wherever you can can help you feel stronger, calmer, and more refreshed.

You do not need to wait for the perfect schedule or a completely free day. Sometimes, taking the time when it becomes available is enough.

A Little Reminder From WISKII Club Week

We all have different responsibilities, routines, and seasons of life.

What matters is remembering that looking after yourself is not selfish. It might be through Pilates, getting dressed in a way that makes you feel good, adding a favorite accessory, or simply giving yourself permission to slow down.

You do not have to do everything perfectly. You just have to make a little space for yourself wherever you can.

Here's to finding time for movement, taking care of yourself, and remembering that you matter, too.

Dare to dream. Move with WISKII.
