Cancellation
- We accept order cancellations before products are shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
- Orders can be returned within 14 days after delivery. We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please follow the return steps for the items you wish to exchange and submit a new order for your new items.
- We will gladly accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, stain-free, in sellable condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
- Customers will be responsible for shipping costs and any customs duty associated with the return parcel. (Please note, for customs duty collected upon delivery, the amount will be subtracted from the final refunds.)
- Please allow up to 10 days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!
- Please leave a note in the package with your order number and the reason for returns.
- Make sure to email us the tracking number once it’s shipped. (Please note, WISKII is not responsible for any lost returns.)
-Your purchases are important to us, but please be aware: a refund will not be provided if you return the package according to the address on its label.
